where my 2007 is concerned,
it’s full of changes.
changes that forced me to take many steps..
pulling through last semester of poly,
going through graduation,
it perpetually marks the end of studies for the time being.
i’m extremely grateful to have nai.de, chang.de and xiong.de,
for all the pet talks i’ve always felt great after.
stepping into the working world,
it was a honeymoon period to work at MOE,
and getting to know the sotongs.
when it was time to face the reality,
i am now where i am after so many interviews.
i promise myself – you will not be here for long.
hang on 2 more months,
then you’ll look back and salute yourself,
just like how the colleagues are telling you – “you’ve broke their record!”
for all i know,
i might even be grateful i’ve worked here before.
the kings have played a great part in 2007.
in times where no one (absolutely no one) can make you pull through the rough patch,
i always know who to turn to.

it’ve been a year with many uncertainties.
looking back at my 2007 resolutions,
most are done whereas a few has to be continued into 2008.
some, you can’t make it happen alone.
those are the ones which always create setbacks and make me think of throwing in white flag.
i will work on 2008 resolutions tonight.
2008 will again be a year of uncertainties,
with many decisions which will affect my own future to make.
every grown up has gone through this so i am not going to be defeated by it.
i am qiuyi, you know? =)
my life is in my hands,
i make my own decisions.
it’s not wise to be wishing for only happiness so all i hope for is minimum regret.
to the very end, i live the life. =)
