Day One, Thursday
took a cab to Jurong East Mrt and met up with sinee.
超興奮的!
while walking to the boarding gate,
Mr 吳尊 was in the toilet. (okay, none of my business)
Reached Taoyuan Airport at 540+pm.
I booked One Star Hotel at 重慶南路,
but we went 長安路 branch. -__-”
and because there was some international meeting that few days,
so the hotels were fully booked!
luckily the friendly sister helped us call and call.
wah.. 嚇得我都哭了!
my apologies.
Reached the correct hotel at almost 9pm.
checked in and went 西門丁 to search for food.
Day Two, Friday
Having nothing to do in the morning,
we went Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall.
wah, the statue is sooo big.
then we walked abit more to go round 華視 and had snack at nearby Mr Baoz!
next we went 新光三越, 紐約紐約, 誠品信義店 (where Oops! J is) and 101.
Oops! J is small.
finally, it was time to go 5分埔!
yipppee!
then we went 繞河夜市 and i took back my words to try 臭豆腐. >.<
Day Three, Saturday
morning’s schedule was to go 北投溫泉.
and we went Spa Spring – 499 for 3 types of springs.
1) Male and Female to share, indoor.
2) Male and Female separated, behind closed doors, naked.
3) Male and Female to share, outdoor.
of course we skipped the 2nd one lah. =x
then we went 天母 to search for the restaurant PS BuBu.
the restaurant is also not as big as my imagination.
abit small.
food not fantastic, but so generous with their ingredients (especially cheese!!)
interesting theme too.
next, 淡水 老街 and 魚人碼頭.
情人橋 is so freaking windy!
i think our cameras and shopping bags could have flown away any minute!
Day Four, Sunday
sinee had a haircut at 西門丁 PS Salon first,
before we took the 1230pm train to 台中.
took the free shuttle bus, plus a 公車 to 逢甲夜市,
which was not what we planned because the visitor information counter at Taipei Train Station said take 小黃.
he want to boost taiwan economy arh. -____-”
before going back taipei, bought boxes of taichung delights.
then, we headed to 西門丁 for short shopping and food.
Day Five, Monday
finally, a thorough shopping at 西門丁!
and of course before we can continue shopping at 士林夜市,
we had to make a trip back to hotel to put our 戰利品 first.
by the end of the day,
sinee was getting really worried about her luggage weight already.
Day Six, Tuesday
again a train ride,
this time to 九份.
so misty that when we speak, mist came out from our mouths!
bought lots of presents and local deligts again.
we had the most expensive meal we had at taiwan in 西門丁.
the bbq plus steamboat buffet.
the restaurant earned so much from us because we ate so little. =x
rained very heavy,
but i still want to go 5分埔!
i wasn’t done with shopping.
so by the time we coquered 5分埔,
my jeans were half soaked in water,
as well as my poor shoes.
sinee bought few things this night,
as she was taking into consideration her luggage weight.
however, she still exceeded her initial plan. lols.
by the end of this night,
i was worried too.
when both of us reached the hotel and starting packing for the next day,
we were sighing and preparing for a bag of things to throw.
halfway through packing,
we ate 泡麵. too energy-draining man.
when we finally finished packing and bathed,
lying on the bed,
we looked at our luggages and.. SIGH.
haha!
Day Seven, Wednesday
wanted to eat at the toilet restaurant at 新埔,
but it’s already closed down!
sobs. oh well, fine.
headed to 西門丁 and i had 阿宗麵線.
definitely alot better than singapore’s lor.
sinee had to find a resonable-sized bag to fit her local delights to handheld them,
and she did.
but guess what?!
in the end, she still threw away!
hahahs, we really did throw quite abit of things away,
plus those we left in the hotel room.
tsk.
i promised myself if i had alot of NTD left upon return,
i will get myself a branded wallet as 21st birthday present.
anyway the trip was a gift for myself,
so i should not be left with much money right!?
however,
NO! not much left.
so yep, being jobless and on-the-way-to-penniless now,
i guess i have to give myself the present later. =)
but i will get it!
