first (and last?) attempt on Rösti.

i made rösti today!

it tasted very different from those Marché chefs’.
but hey!
it was edible!
not like that muah chee i tried making.. i didn’t even had the courage to swallow.
this time round, i finished almost everything!
but i just didn’t know who to make sure the potatoes were all cooked?
aiyar, putting that aside,
i know how to 翻鍋 leh~
太神奇了~
i shocked myself lah. =p

P.S: i just searched for the recipe online and it contained 9 steps for a simplified rösti. i made mine in 3 steps.
